Annapurna Full Circuit - 18 Days

Annapurna full circuit - 18 days trekking is the best trekking in Nepal. In Annapurna circuit trekking age from 15 and above but below 70 years are recommended. Kathmandu to Besisahar you drive by local bus in sharing basis or hire privately a car/Van/Bus From Besisahar road has connected all the way to Chame but only drive by either by private Jeep or sharing Jeep to Syange and then  trek would be fanstastic.

Annapurna panoramic view trekking is only possible in this trekking. Manang village as well as Upper Pisang to visit will give you great exprience of Manange people and their culture. Incredible mountain views as well as breathtaking Annapurna landscape will make you the 'incredible Annapurna trekking'.

Thorong pass (5415m) trekking is also known as Annapurna full circuit or Annapurna round trekking. Tea house  trekking can be done but if anyone interested camping (tent to tent) trekking also can be done. With guide and porter will be very safe to do this trekking. In winter we do recommend to take warm clothes to do this trekking due to cold temperature upto -5C in the morning and evening/night time.

Muktinath and Jomsom trekking will give you another exprience. Although road has connected otherside of the trekking from Muktinath to Pokhara however it will be nice to do trekking from Muktinath to Tatopani (hot springs) and then trek to Poon Hill (3210m).

The world's dippest gorge 'Dana' also in this trekking route and Nepal's the second largest water fall (Rupche Chhara) as well as this area's biggest hot springs (tatopani)
 also avaliable here. Poon Hill is the best panoramic mountain views of the area as well as Ghandrung village is known as a heavenly built village of the area.

Finally you arrive at Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara either by a private car/Van/Bus or by sharing local Bus taking 2 hours. 

Trekking ending point is Pokhara which is another playgroujd of tourist in
 Nepal. The most beautiful city in Nepal is Pokhara.

Itinerary Details

Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu/Pokhara to Besisahar and continue to Syange (10 Hrs Drive)
Drive to Besisahar from Kathmandu or Pokhara by either regular tourist bus (6-7 hrs driving) or bya private car/Jeep/Van (5 hrs driving). Soon you reach in Besisahar change another sharing or private hire Jeep and then continue drive to Syange another more 3 hrs driving.

Day 02: Trek Syange to Dharapani (1,960m/5 - 6 Hrs Walk)

Trek from Syange to Dharapani. This trekking route offer excellent view of Manaslu range as well as Marshyangdi river view along serveral tea shops and amazing surrounding landscape.

Day 03: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2,710m/5 – 6 Hrs Walk)

Day 04: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,300m/ 5 - 6 Hrs Walk)

Walk through trekking trail though dense forest. Pisang is located on the lap of Annapurna massif. The Himalayan panoramic view from Pisang is outstanding.

Day 05: Trek from Pisang to Manang - 6 Hrs Walk

Trek to Upper Pisang via Geru. Visit Barkha monastery and continue further trek to Manang.

Day 07: Manang to Siri Kharka (4060m/4-5 Hrs Walk)

From Manang we head out through the western gates and follow the path down to the river. We cross the river and continue walking on its southern side through coniferous forest. After reaching Kangsar Village we walk further up towards Siri Kharka and pass a monastery on the way. The uphill walk could be tiring but we will have Gungang Himal and Mt. Chulu in the backdrop to keep us company.

Day 08: Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4140m/5-6 Hrs Walk)

While the path from Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp isn’t very steep or physically strenuous, it could be exhausting as we have to walk on narrow paths in loose screen and landslide area. Our trail goes through the middle of the landslide area whereby we can see impressive rock formations along the trail. Lunch, Dinner & Overnight at Local Lodge

Day 09: Visit Tilicho Lake (4,949m/16,138 ft) then back Siri Kharka: 5-6 Hours

After the initial tough, steep, switch backed ascent, our trail continues to hug the side of the mountain in a gradual to steep incline before reaching the watershed. On the way we enjoy yaks and deer grazing above and below our trail. On the other side is Tilicho Lake, a large spectacularly set lake nestled at the foot of the north face of Tilicho Peak. We retrace our step and return to Siri Kharka.

Day 10: Siri Kharka to Yak kharka (4040m/4-5 Hrs Walk)

We leave Siri Kharka and descend towards Khangsar Village. On the way, we pass Tare Gumba, a thousand year old monastery which is very important to the local people. Upon reaching Khangsar Village we realize that it is un-inhabitated except for occasional herders during festival times. We follow a rock wall out of Khangsar. We walk further more until we reach a seasonal bridge in the Thorang Khola valley. After crossing the river, we ascend for a while to a plateau. Next, walk furthermore until reaching Yak Kharka.

Day 11: Trek to Thorung Phedi (4,600m/3 - 4 Hrs Walk)

Day 12: Trek from Thorong Phedi to Thorong La (5416m) and continue further to Muktinath (3,800 / 7 Hrs Walk)

Today is highlight day of your trek. Start early morning trek and cross Thorung La pass. Reach to Muktinath in the late afternoon. Free time to stroll surrounding area and visit Spiritual temple of Muktinath. Lunch, Dinner & Overnight at Local Lodge

Day 13: Drive/Trek to Jomsom

Morning, drive down to Jomsom. Explore local area. If you are interested on trekking down then you can also walk on this stretch.

Day 14: Trek to Ghasa – 5 Hrs Walk

Morning, trek down to Ghasa.

Day 15: Trek to Tatopani – 5 Hrs Walk

Trek to Tatopani. Tatopani is also known for the hot springs. You can enjoy your free time there.

Day 16: Trek to Ghorepani (2800m/8-9 Hrs Walk)

Start your uphill climb to Ghorepani bypassing Sikha village. Reach at Ghorepani in the evening.

Day 17: Poonhill excursion (3210m) & trek down to Tikhedhunga – 5 Hrs Walk

Early morning enjoy Poonhill excursion to see sunrise over Himalayas. Return back to lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, trek down to Tikhedhunga.

Day 18: Trek to Nayapool & drive to Pokhara

Morning trek down to Nayapool and board your vehicle to drive down to Pokhara.
